Bill

Bill Zanker - Founder and Chairman

Mr. Zanker founded the Learning Annex in 1980 with $5,000. After he sold his interests in the Company in 1991, he continued as a consultant until 1997, when in partnership with the California Learning Annex owners, he purchased the New York Learning Annex and helped acquire the Canadian Learning Annex. In December 2001, Mr. Zanker bought out all of his partners and became the sole owner of all Learning Annex properties. Mr. Zanker subsequently grew The Learning Annex from $5.5 million to $137 million in a four year period. Learning Annex was featured as one of INC Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Companies”, 2 years in a row. In 1998, Mr. Zanker started BrainFuel.com, one of the first internet-based eLearning companies. He sold the company for $9 million in 1999 to Allen&Co.; In 1993, Mr. Zanker founded The Great American BackRub®, a chain of stress reduction storefronts. He sold his interests in the company in 1997 to The Barclay Group.

David

David Galvan - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Galvan is an internet industry veteran who previously served as President of Schedulicity, the leader in online scheduling services for SMB’s. Prior to Schedulicity, Galvan was Vice-President of Sales and Business Development at Topix LLC, an online news and community site, where he was responsible for managing all revenue programs. Prior to Topix, Galvan worked in various senior management, business development and sales roles at InfoUSA, Yahoo, AOL, Netscape, Motorola and Unisys. A native Californian, Galvan is a graduate of Stanford University.

Mike

Michael Berengolts - Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Berengolts brings more than 15 years of hands-on technology and management experience to the Learning Annex. He was a member of the original four-person executive management team at Bank of Internet USA, which was formed in 1999 and went public in 2005 (NASDAQ:BOFI). As Chief Technology Officer at BOFI, he directed all technology and data security initiatives, including hardware and software acquisitions, software development, network and data communication infrastructure, Internet marketing, and security systems. Previously, Berengolts was founder and CEO of a sports equipment manufacturing company, Konki Sports USA. Berengolts is a graduate of the University of San Diego.

Samantha

Samantha DelCanto - SVP, Chief Revenue Officer and Celebrity Booker

Ms. DelCanto has been with the Learning Annex since 2001 and has held a number of executive roles responsible for the creation &development; of Annex content & products, new business, sales, & large-scale events. Under her leadership, The Learning Annex achieved record revenues & profits, and rose to first place among major seminar companies in North America. DelCanto tested and launched many innovative learning models, including the Real Estate Wealth Expos with Donald Trump, building them from small 100 person events to a 23 city large-scale Expo Tour. In 4 years, over 1/2 a million people attended The Wealth Expo, generating more than $350 million in IP educational product sales.

Heather

Heather Moore - VP, Business Operations and Product Management

Ms. Moore has been with the Learning Annex since 2003 in a number of Marketing, Business Development and Operations roles. She has been responsible for over $30M is marketing campaigns via televisions, radio, newspaper, magazine, direct mail, email; and outdoor billboards; she managed our relationships with national media outlets such as Fox News, CNN, CBS, MSNBC, ABC and Larry King Inc. Recently Ms. Moore has been building digital partnerships with companies like Ustream, Yahoo and Amazon.
