PHILADELPHIA, April 10, 2008 -- The CMS Small Cap Private Equity Fund has merged its portfolio company One Day University with The Learning Annex.

One Day University is an educational event planning company that offers students one-day seminars and lectures from the nation's leading college and university professors. The Learning Annex is a recognized brand in the adult learning industry, providing self-improvement seminars, expos and lectures throughout the U.S. and Canada in live, teleconference and online settings. The merger provides One Day University with a proven, sales focused, management team led by The Learning Annex founder, Bill Zanker.

One Day University's operations will help fuel the growth of the company's continuing education business and will add a new academic learning vertical to The Learning Annex.
